Police Innovations, LLC completed their SPAR MOBILE based on feedback and include:

• Low centered point of gravity-Tip resistant 34" square base-360 degree low resistance wheels, with 300 lb load capacity (1200lb maximum)
• ZERO radius turning-360 degree foot applied wheel brakes (on each wheel)
• Push bars on rear of unit for ease of movement
• High base clearance to push across uneven concourse
• Large footrest plate for prisoner
• Shackle ring attachment underneath seat (all units)
• Handcuff attachment on rear (all units)
• Added quick release adjustable belt (all units)
